With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the intricacies of the hospitality industry. From front office roles to managing food and beverage operations and sales, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create truly remarkable travel experiences for my clients.

I earned my BA in Business/Hotel and Restaurant Management from Mercyhurst University, and I’ve had the privilege of working at some of the world’s finest hotels, including Marriott’s Marco Island Resort, The Watergate Hotel, and Omni Shoreham Hotel. These experiences have fueled my passion for delivering exceptional service and luxury travel solutions tailored to each client’s unique desires.

Since 2014, as President and Owner of Cruise Planners, I’ve been helping travelers with both land and sea adventures in discovering the beauty of destinations like Alaska, Europe, and the Caribbean through customized, stress-free vacations. I love nothing more than turning travel dreams into reality—whether that’s a cruise, a European city adventure, or a romantic escape.

I’m particularly proud of my service as a U.S. Navy Persian Gulf War veteran, where I learned the value of teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. My experience managing operations and morale programs on the USS Theodore Roosevelt gave me invaluable skills that I carry with me today—skills that help me serve my clients with dedication and care.
